Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Belt Buckle Warehouse Australia. Please review the information below to understand how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect style choice. Please check item descriptions, measurements and photos carefully before ordering. If you have any questions before purchasing, email info@beltbucklewarehouse.au and we’ll be glad to help.

Wrong Size Belt Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size belt, we’re happy to arrange an exchange for the correct size.

  • Contact us at info@beltbucklewarehouse.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, the size you received, and the size you need instead.
  • We’ll reply with exchange instructions — please wait for confirmation before posting the belt.
  • Return postage and re-delivery costs are at the customer’s expense. Please use a tracked postal service and keep your tracking receipt.
  • Exchanged items must be unused, unmarked and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@beltbucklewarehouse.au.

To assist us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product, packaging and any fault or damage

Once your claim is assessed and approved, we’ll provide instructions for return or replacement. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

Return Shipping

  • For size exchanges or other approved returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect.
  • All returns must use a tracked shipping service. Belt Buckle Warehouse is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items where a replacement cannot be provided. Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
